Pony Club News 4

WELCOME......

We have combined April and May’s Newsletter together this month.

Pony club members did their bit for April, it was the typing up department that let them down!

WHAT HAVE WE BEEN UP TO?

In April we have been working on our Flags of the equestrian nations badge.

We have coloured in flags and matched them to countries and named their capital cities.

We also worked on our plaiting badge.  We practiced plaiting on Pickle, Henry, Dwee and Carrow. We learnt how to bobble a mane, do a running plait and French plait.

In May we continued with our plaiting practice and our Flags badge.

We also practiced taking tack apart and correctly assembling it along with cleaning it.

We looked back over our feeding badge and remembered the nine rules of feeding.

For June we hope to complete the two badges we have started and then work towards our next efficiency test which we are planning to be tested on over the summer holidays.
