Pony Club News 3
WELCOME......To our third pony club newsletter. This newsletter is all about things happening in our pony club and written by our pony club members.
We hope to produce this monthly as a way of reporting on things we have done and achieved, include a game or puzzle and a mention on what we are planning on doing next.
WHAT HAVE WE BEEN UP TO?
During March we looked at foaling to help us to be prepared when Willow’s foal is born. We looked at breathing and heart rates and we talked about things we might need close to hand when the time comes.
We covered preparing her stable and making sure her field is foal proof. We checked the field for poisonous plants and sharp stones. We made suggestions on how to make the fences more visible and the alterations have been made. We also continued working on our achievement tests.
In April we are going to do the flags of the equestrian nations badge and start the plaiting badge.

CHARACTERISTICS : Friendly, generally calm but can get speedy on hacks
WHY SHE IS PONY OF THE MONTH : We continue to pick the hard luck cases!!! Cassie had to have best part of a year off following a womb infection. She is fully recovered now and enjoying working again. We all think she is very beautiful even with her moustache!!!
LIKES : Being scratched!
DISLIKES : Seems wary of Men that she doesn’t know.
